Welcome to Youth, Inc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at youthincnv.com (the "Site") and the services, content, and features made available through it. The Site is owned and operated by Youth, Inc. ("Youth, Inc.," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 691 Sierra Rose Drive, Suite B, Reno, NV 89511.
By accessing or using the Site, booking an appointment, enrolling in a membership, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cache & Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Youth, Inc. is a healthcare practice located in Reno, Nevada offering Direct Primary Care (DPC), hormone replacement therapy for men and women, medical weight loss, aesthetic treatments (including Botox, dermal filler, Kybella, skin care, stretch mark treatment, and hair restoration), OMNIWave therapy, and longevity and biomarker testing (collectively, the "Services").
The Site provides general information about our Services and allows you to request or schedule appointments. Descriptions of treatments and Services on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of availability, suitability, or outcome. All Services are subject to clinical evaluation and provider judgment, and may not be appropriate for every individual.
The content on this Site, including text, graphics, images, blog posts, and other material, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Use of this Site, including reading content, submitting a form, or booking an appointment, does not create a provider–patient relationship between you and Youth, Inc. A provider–patient relationship is established only after an in-person or telehealth consultation with one of our licensed clinicians and completion of applicable intake and consent documentation.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Site. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this Site or our contact forms to seek emergency care.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Certain Services may be available to minors only with parental or guardian consent and where clinically appropriate, as determined by our providers and permitted by law.
Appointments may be requested through the Site, by phone, or through our third-party scheduling platform. When you book through a third-party platform (such as our electronic health record provider's booking system), your use of that platform is also subject to its own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
Booking a consultation does not guarantee that you will receive a particular treatment. All treatments are contingent on clinical evaluation, medical history review, and provider determination that the treatment is appropriate for you.
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We reserve the right to apply cancellation or no-show policies, including fees or deposit forfeiture where applicable, which will be communicated to you at or before the time of booking.
Our Direct Primary Care membership is a recurring monthly subscription (currently $165.00 per month, subject to change) that provides access to the membership benefits described on the Site, such as unlimited visits, direct provider messaging, extended appointments, preventive and chronic care management, and access to wholesale pricing on labs and medications.
Membership terms — including billing, renewal, cancellation, and any minimum commitment — are governed by the separate membership agreement you sign at enrollment. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your membership agreement, the membership agreement controls with respect to your membership.
Direct Primary Care is not health insurance. Membership does not satisfy any individual insurance mandate and does not cover emergency care, hospitalization, specialist care, or services outside the scope of the membership. We encourage all members to maintain appropriate health insurance coverage for services not provided under the membership.
Prices for Services displayed on the Site or quoted in consultations are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your treatment will be confirmed before you receive care.
We accept various forms of payment, which may include third-party financing options such as CareCredit. Financing is offered by third parties, is subject to their credit approval and terms, and is not controlled or guaranteed by Youth, Inc.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection in accordance with applicable law.
From time to time we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or package offers on certain Services. All promotions are subject to availability, may be limited in quantity or duration, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Promotional treatments remain subject to clinical evaluation and provider approval; if a provider determines that a promotional treatment is not appropriate for you, we will refund any amount paid for the unused promotional treatment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Additional terms specific to a given promotion will be disclosed with that offer and control in the event of a conflict.
Individual results from any treatment — including hormone therapy, weight loss programs, aesthetic procedures, OMNIWave therapy, and longevity interventions — vary from person to person and depend on factors including health status, adherence, and biology. Any testimonials, before-and-after photographs, or patient stories on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Statements on this Site about wellness, longevity, or anti-aging outcomes have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless expressly stated.
Certain Services may be offered by telehealth or virtual visit where clinically appropriate and permitted by law. Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care, and our providers may determine that an in-person visit is required. By participating in a telehealth visit you consent to care delivered through electronic communication technologies, subject to any separate telehealth consent you sign.
By providing your phone number or email address through the Site or at our clinic, you agree that we may contact you regarding your appointments, care, and account. Where you have provided consent, we may also send you marketing communications, including by email and SMS text message. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message and opt out of SMS by replying STOP at any time. Opting out of marketing does not affect appointment-related or transactional communications.
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and our Cache & Cookie Policy. As a healthcare provider, Youth, Inc. maintains the privacy and security of protected health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state law. Please do not transmit detailed personal health information through unsecured channels such as public website forms or social media messages.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including social media pages, scheduling platforms, financing providers, and mapping services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE SITE ITSELF AND DOES NOT LIMIT OR DISCLAIM ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED TO YOU AS A PATIENT IN CONNECTION WITH CLINICAL SERVICES YOU RECEIVE FROM US.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUTH, INC. AND ITS OWNERS, PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY ARISING FROM PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY APPLICABLE MEDICAL MALPRACTICE AND PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youth, Inc. and its owners, providers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This section governs Site-related disputes and does not alter any rights or procedures that apply to claims relating to clinical care.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cache & Cookie Policy, and any signed treatment consents or membership agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Youth, Inc. regarding use of the Site.
